Bexley Community Lottery Gift Vouchers Opportunity

A Bexley Community Lottery player enjoyed another win this weekend (15th December 2019), with a supporter of Bexley Borough Neighbourhood Watch Association cashing in £250 in prize money!

Since launching in August, a remarkable 428 people have won a prize on the lottery ranging from a brand new Ipad, £2000, £25, card games and three extra tickets. 35 people have won a cash prize across the 18 Lottery draws to date.

Now the Bexley Community Lottery is offering to spread some Christmas cheer with the opportunity to purchase gift vouchers to give your loved ones the chance to win a cash prize whilst also helping to raise money for Bexley. Gift vouchers start from just £5 and include your choice of colour and a personal message.

Lottery tickets cost £1 and 60p of each £1 directly supports the 57 good causes who are signed up to the Lottery. Bexley’s community groups and charities are currently set to raise £42,000 by summer 2019 if lottery players are maintained at current levels. The remaining 40p of the ticket cost goes towards the prizes, VAT and admin costs.

While many lottery players donate their ticket money to a charity of their choice, others chose for it to go into a central fund. This fund will be launched in Spring 2019 as the Bexley Community Fund which local groups will be welcome to bid for.
